Problem: As a leading travel agent, Berg-Hansen knew that in order to remain ahead of the competition, they needed to be of true service in every sales situation. Their goal was to become the best communicator in the business, both in sales conversation and in written materials.
Solution: I created a one-day sales communication workshop and a follow-up group coaching session in how to effectively tell stories. The workshop included modules in connecting; building trust; adding value; applying key writing tools and techniques; avoiding ‘death’ by PowerPoint and keeping customers satisfied.
Results: Berg-Hansen were happy to report that in just two months of working with me they saw a positive shift in their sales communication. They had more Facebook likes, more customer interest, and a much more positive perception of their people and products.
